We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Security Associate
Location: Nigeria
Department: Operations & Logistics
Responsibilities
Collate and validate intelligence, evaluate the reliability of sources and credibility of information
Build up intelligence pictures for warehouse operations
Identify potential loopholes within operations cycle that might lead to theft and recommend appropriate actions
Delivery of information in formal reports or as presentations and desk-level briefings
Support police investigation, file complaints at the police station and following up with court cases
Liaise and collaborate with security agencies where necessary to further investigate theft cases and fraud attempts
Support security team in other areas to achieve its targets and goals etc
Key Performance Indicators:
Theft prevention, Case documentation and analysis
Effective guards supervision & monitoring
CCTV evaluation, monitoring & footage analysis/investigation
Guards training and process improvement
Court case reports and follow-ups
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognised and accredited University or equivalent
2 years relevant experience working in a large organization
Security background
Relevant security training is a plus
Must have completed NYSC
