We are currently recruiting suitable candidate to occupy the position below:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
An experienced facilities manager with an electrical engineering background and Managerial experience
Applicants should have B.Tech , B.NG qualification or a degree in facilities management
Minimum of 5 years work experience
Age Range: 30-45 years
Required Competency and Work Skills
Candidate must be highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various sectors such as operations, technical services, asset or property management. A consistent track record of successfully employing best business practices that improve efficiency, reduce operating costs whilst increasing productivity:
Good Organisational skills
Good Spoken and written communication skills
The ability to manage a varied and complex workload
Technical knowledge
Management skills
The ability to control large budgets
Problem solving and decision making ability
Renovations and office moves
General upkeep and maintenance
Managing refurbishment
Advising on energy efficiency
Negotiating best deals with contractors and suppliers
