We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Security Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Respond to security alarms and handle disturbances, monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors and staff
• Patrol the premises and adjacent areas
• Direct traffic to and from the main building
• Implement a daily log keeping system that ensured 100% recording of all incidents taking place during duty hours.
• Perform safety inspections in order to flail off any negative activity
• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Investigate and report any nefarious activity
• Take necessary action on spot when needed

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Trained security officer with diploma
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
• Pleasant personality, mature, positive attitude, enthusiastic person, service mind
• Well-organized and Strong communication skill

Job Title: Experienced Secretary
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
• Document expenses and hand in reports
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet)
• Pleasant personality, mature, positive attitude, enthusiastic person, Well-organized and Strong communication skill
• Interested candidates should possess minimum of OND in Secretariat Study.
