Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos

Reporting to: General Manager
Objective of this Position
The Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing the hotel’s revenue by selling the hotel’s amenities and services and increasing its clientele through proper implementation of marketing strategies.
Skills / Qualifications
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Public relations, Hospitality Management or in any other related field
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years Marketing Management experience
- Relevant trainings or Certifications in related field of Marketing
- Proven track record of previous sales success
- A strong understanding of overall hotel business, its facilities and policies
- Good understanding of mass markets with Property Management Systems (PMS) to drive a growing business
- Must have the ability to understand global markets that affect the business of the hotel
- Must have strong decision making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and manipulative abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
- Computer skills (word, excel and PowerPoint), etc.
- Customer service oriented and has passion for the hospitality industry
