Job Role: Client Service Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking bright, articulate, and self-motivated candidate for the above mentioned role.
Candidate should have a strong work ethic, negotiating spirit and very eloquent must also have a large data base of existing clients in the eventing industry.
He/she shall develop and manage activities and materials to support sales (power point presentations, leaflets, video reels and collection of pictures of past events, concepts and designs) as well as well use marketing automation tools and strategies for inbound lead generation.
Requirements:
A good first degree in marketing, accounting, business administration or any social science discipline;
(5 to 7 Years Agency Experience, AD Level/With Client Base/ To Be Trained on Tech) preferably from a marketing agency.
Excellent understanding of marketing.
Excellent organization and communication skills
Tolerant and friendly
Outspoken with knowledge of interpersonal relationship.
