Job Title: Call Centre Agent (CCA)
Primary Responsibility:
Provides customer service support to the organisation by obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of information in a timely manner.
Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Qualifications
OND in any discipline
Mathematics and English Language in WAEC/NECO
Be between 22 – 32 years old
Communication skills with impressive interpersonal skills
Be a resident in Mushin and environs.
