Head Human Resources Officer
Our client is a Real Estate and Property Development Company that has operations in major cities of the Country. They are currently recruiting for the position of the Head, Human Resources Officer to head its HR Department and operations in Nigeria.
SKILL/ COMPETENCY REQUIRED:
• BSc/BA in Social Science/Business Studies from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class honours.
• Masters degree will be an advantage
• Must possess a minimum of 10-15 years hands on practical work experience in a structured organization.
• Must have ability to use HR software for simulation purposes.
• Must be a good team player and ability to work in close partnership with Architects and other professional Engineers.
• In addition to the above requirements all Candidates must possess:
• Strong Entrepreneurial, Analytical, Planning and Organizational skills.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• The ability to expertly convey Information in non-technical terms with professionalism and confidence.
• Capacity for adaptation to a rapidly changing environment.
• The ability to expertly convey Information in non-technical terms with professionalism and confidence
• Conversant with prevailing relevant HR software
• Ability to handle personnel related issues in strictest confidence
