1) Team Leader:
Master’s degree or higher in international development, education, social sciences, economics, statistics, or other related field with a focus in education policy, education reform, and civil society and governance in education. Experience facilitating feedback sessions, implementing knowledge management processes, dissemination of lessons learned and/or utilization of program results At least eight years of progressively more responsible experience designing, implementing, analyzing and managing the performance and impact of development activities, including a minimum of five years of experience effectively leading evaluation and/or research teams. Experience leading evaluations using rigorous quasi-experimental designs, including difference-in-difference designs, Propensity Score Matching, etc. Experience conducting rigorous quantitative analysis using STATA, including use of advanced regression analysis. Experience analyzing qualitative data using Atlas.ti, Excel, or other qualitative analysis software. Demonstrated knowledge of and and/or experience working on anti-corruption, accountability, transparency, and/or good governance efforts. Demonstrated experience designing and conducting evaluations in Nigeria or Sub-Saharan Africa. Experience writing reports and recommendations to philanthropic donors Strong management, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with foundations project cycle, policies, regulations, and monitoring and evaluation methodologies and reporting requirements, preferable. Fluency in English is required.
2) Data Visualization & Graphic Designer:
Proven experience in graphic design and data visualization. Prior experience in a data-driven environment. Relevant knowledge and/or experience in monitoring and evaluation principles and processes. Experience in manipulating data and data structures. Must be able to interpret and transform analytical documents into polished visualizations that are easily understandable by clients. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Must possess knowledge and experience of Microsoft Suite. Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau and/or other visualization tools. Experience working in Nigeria or Sub-Saharan Africa. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. English fluency required.
