Urgent job opening for Personal Assistant to the MD

The job holder will be responsible for maintaining MD diaries, arranging appointments, organising meetings, taking minutes, preparing letters, presentation and reports etc

Applicants should be/have:
1. First degree in Linguistics, Secretariat/office Mgt, Business Admin etc from a reputable university.
2. Minimum of 2 years secretarial or Personal assistance work experience
3. Ability to multitask with strong organisational skills
4. Good communication skills.
5. Secretarial skills
