Job description

• Ability to install and fix and repair CCTV.
• Ability to install and fix computers
• A wide knowledge o cyberoam and any other firewall machines.
• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, conducting test, resolving problem.
• Maintain rapports with customers by examine complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques recommending system improvements

Qualification: B.sc in relevant field.
