A client is looking to engage the services of an experienced hand like you for the position of Deputy Head Risk and Compliance Manager within their organisation.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
They are an International Micro-finance bank with their international HQ in France and their National HQ in Ibadan. They are one of the fastest growing Micro-finance banks in Africa spreading across different parts of Oyo State within just 5 years of their presence in Nigeria.
Please see below the requirements for this position:
Minimum of first degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts and relevant professional qualification in e.g. ACCA, CIM, CIB. Familiarity with operational, financial and quality assurance procedures is required. A Masters degree in Management will be an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum Six years (6) relevant experience in microfinance of which three should be in a managerial capacity. Good understanding of the compliance function in a micro finance establishment is also required.
SKILLS: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical and mentoring skills. Since this is a very senior position, should you emerge successful, you would be required to work out of their National HQ here in Ibadan.
