Job Role: Product Lead, Online Learning
The Product Lead, Learning will be responsible chiefly for ;
- coordinating, launching and managing the growth of the Ngcareers Online Professional Learning Platform
Key Duties
Content Development
- Identify and sign up expert course authors to develop and record video courses for the Learning platform
- Oversee the recording, editing and upload of the courses on the platform
Project Management
- Work with the software development team to ensure launch of a user friendly online learning platform within the projected timeline
- Oversee platform testing to ensure great user experience
- Identify continous product improvement areas
User Acquisition/Revenue
Develop framework for successful user acquisition and excellent customer support for the Online Learning platform
Requirement
- First degree in any relevant field
- Candidate must be smart, very knowledgeable about the career and online learning industry
- Not more than 28 years old
- 1-2 years experience in learning and development
- Solid understanding of developing workflows
- Very good understanding and interest in online learning
- Good business development and people skills
- Project management skills
